Von Nord bis Süd und Ost bis West: in Deutschland gibt es eine Vielzahl von 5Rhythmen-Angeboten. Ob in ländlichen Gebieten oder in den größeren Städten – unsere Praxis ist die gleiche, und doch haben die verschiedenen 5Rhythmen-Tribes ihren eigenen “Geschmack”.
Wir geben den Raum dafür, dass in Bewegung kommt, was sich bewegen will, dass ausgedrückt wird, was sich ausdrücken will, dass jeder auf seine einzigartige Weise zu sich findet und die Lust entdeckt in Bewegung zu sein, mit allem was ist. Sei willkommen!
Es gibt offene Abende, fortlaufende Gruppen, mehrtägige Seminare u.v.m. Neben einer qualifizierten Anleitung wirst du auf Menschen treffen, die in Bewegung sind.
Immer wieder ist es ein spannendes Erlebnis, wenn wildfremde, grundverschiedene Menschen auf der Tanzfläche zusammenkommen, durch die Bewegung ein Sich-Öffnen geschieht und fast unmerklich aus Fremdheit Vertrautheit entsteht. Lass dich überraschen!

We have come to the understanding that whatever we as humans
can meet, feel, think, sense or experience
can change through surrendering to movement.
Rooted in thr 5Rhythms Wavesmap this workshop
is an investigation where we are invited to hold and
create space for each other that is safe to feel,
to express and move what arises.
The mystical field between awareness and attention
Right here....always and everywhere...unlimited space,
subtle vibrating aliveness and total surrender to the
universal spaciousness and stillness that our souls long
so deeply for.
To get out of the way and let life unfold is almost impossible
for the human mind, but in our many years of experience
with the 5Rhythms, we have come to see that the
very surrender to humble uncencored dance, movement
and practice can open for the possibility
that the essence of being and who we truly are lies in
shifting the perspective from the dancer to the dance.
Through willingness to see beyond our separate individual and give
space, rather than take space, we see there's absolutely nothing we can do
to achieve what we long for....
....but if we are really really open;
...it may happen!

Wir sind zu dem Verständnis gekommen, dass alles,
was wir als Menschen begegnen, fühlen, denken, wahrnehmen
oder erfahren können, sich durch das Hingeben
an die Bewegung verändern kann.
Verankert in der 5Rhythms Wavesmap ist dieser Workshop
eine Erkundung, in der wir eingeladen sind, Raum füreinander zu halten
und zu schaffen, der sicher ist, um zu fühlen, auszudrücken
und das zu bewegen, was auftaucht.
Das mystische Feld zwischen Bewusstsein und
Aufmerksamkeit – genau hier... immer und überall... unbegrenzter Raum,
subtile vibrierende Lebendigkeit und totale Hingabe
an die universelle Weite und Stille, nach der unsere Seelen so tief verlangen.
Aus dem Weg zu gehen und das Leben sich entfalten zu lassen,
ist für den menschlichen Verstand fast unmöglich,
aber in unseren vielen Jahren der Erfahrung mit den 5Rhythms
haben wir erkannt, dass das Hingeben an den bescheidenen, unzensierten Tanz,
die Bewegung und die Praxis die Möglichkeit eröffnen kann,
dass das Wesen des Seins und wer wir wirklich sind, darin liegt,
die Perspektive vom Tänzer zum Tanz zu verschieben.
Durch die Bereitschaft, über unser separates Individuum hinauszusehen
und Raum zu geben, anstatt Raum zu nehmen, erkennen wir,
dass es absolut nichts gibt, was wir tun können, um das zu erreichen,
wonach wir uns sehnen... aber wenn wir wirklich, wirklich offen sind; ... könnte es geschehen!
